Who is Shirley?

Shirley Gamble is a leadership and operations executive with a passion for helping organizations strengthen people leadership and organizational effectiveness.

She began her career as an entrepreneur in the freelance market, where she developed an early foundation in self-management, marketing, and business planning. From there, she built a career across nonprofit, for-profit, and private equity-backed organizations, with deep experience in the home care industry.

Her background includes start-up environments, quality assurance, operations, directorship, and multi-site leadership. Across each chapter, Shirley discovered that her greatest professional fulfillment came not simply from operational achievement, but from building strong teams, developing leaders, and creating the conditions for others to succeed.

She brings a blend of operational credibility and people-centered leadership to every engagement, helping organizations navigate growth, strengthen culture, and elevate leadership at every level.

She is an avid reader, lifelong learner, and passionate believer in continual growth. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys running, strength training, yoga, travel, and time with her family.

Shirley lives in the Midwest with her husband and three children.
